What is BellyPower™ ?
BellyPower™ incorporates theories of dance, pilates, yoga and weight lifting into physical fitness instruction that involves movements and exercises designed to help find and strengthen muscle groups needed for articulated hip and torso movements, good posture, and ergonomic ankle-knee-hip alignment.
In the Choreography/Spontaneous Movement segment of BellyPower™ move with heart from a core of balance, grace and strength that comes from alligned movement.
